Return and Refund Policy

At Khusboi, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we follow a strict no-return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Return Conditions:

    1. All perfume and fragrance products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

                2. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.

                3. Products that are used, opened, tampered with, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return or replacement.

                4. Products purchased under offers, discounts, or coupons are non-refundable.

                5. Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return or replacement.

Replacement for Wrong or Damaged Product:

 

    1. Replacement requests are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect.

                 2. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

                 3. An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package
    • Opening of the package
    • The damaged or incorrect product
    1. Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement Procedure:

    1. Contact our customer support team at hello@khusboi.in with your order number, issue details, and unboxing video.

                 2. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

                 3. If approved, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost.

                 4. If the same product is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Refund Policy:

    1. Refunds are not applicable for perfume and fragrance products.

                 2. Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where replacement is not possible and approved by our support team.

Exclusions:

    1. Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

                 2. Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

                 3. Used or partially used products cannot be replaced.
